Speaking at a ceremony to climax this year’s Customer Service Week on Friday at the Kumasi branch, the General Manager, Mr James Amuzu, was thankful to clients for their continuous support and tremendous contributions over the years to the success of the company, making it the best IELTS and OET training centre in the country.

In his address, Mr Amuzu  indicated that despite the devastating effects of the global pandemic, COVID-19, on businesses, Dreams Consult has been able to keep its head above the waters owing to the immense support of its cherished customers. To this end, he said it was needful  for the company to give back to appreciate the loyalty and trust of customers, particularly during this era which has affected the livelihoods of people. He, however, assured of Dreams Consult’s resolve to continue to serve its customers with respect and seamless services that best address the travel needs of all patrons.

Touching on this year’s theme for the week’s celebrations,  Dream Team, Mr. Amuzu applauded the entire staff for their remarkable contributions to the growth of the company and implored them to offer excellent customer experience to all customers.

The Customer Service Week is an annual celebration marked across the globe to acknowledge  customers and  show gratitude for their contributions to businesses. This year’s theme emphasises  the need to recognize the efforts of individuals whose efforts  put smiles on the faces of customers as well as promote healthy working teams and partnerships to deliver outstanding services to serve the needs of customers.
